An IT support professional progressing toward cloud security, building skills in Azure, identity, and modern cloud operations.
My name is Solomon Toby Alfred. I am an IT support professional with hands-on experience in helpdesk and technician environments and a growing focus on cloud and infrastructure technologies. This space serves as both a portfolio of my work and a record of my continuous learning journey.
I am currently expanding my skill set through training and certifications in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, with the long-term goal of transitioning into roles that involve cloud, infrastructure, or platform operations. My practical background includes configuring desktops and laptops, supporting users in Windows environments, working with service desk ticketing systems, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes. I have also gained foundational exposure to core networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, and IP configuration, and I am actively developing my skills in Azure administration and PowerShell.
I built this website myself to showcase my projects, labs, study notes, and technical interests. Here you’ll find examples of my work across cloud, operating systems, security fundamentals, and home-lab environments—along with the tools, software, and methodologies I use to grow my expertise.
If any of my work sparks your interest, whether for collaboration, mentorship, or employment opportunities, I would be glad to connect. While I may not always be able to respond immediately, I make every effort to reply as soon as I can. I am a motivated, dependable, and committed individual who is seeking opportunities where I can make meaningful contributions to IT operations while continuing to develop as a cloud and infrastructure professional.
